Information we collect

WindBlow Inc. collects the contact details, requested product, desired quantity and unit, timing, location, additional details, and notification preference that you choose to submit. Buyer accounts and orders may also include delivery, membership, transaction, and support records. Stripe processes card details; NuMarket does not store your full card number.

How we use it

We use this information to understand demand, plan future supply, respond to requests, operate buyer accounts, fulfil orders, prevent abuse, and provide support. A product request is a non-binding planning signal; it is not an order, reservation, price promise, or farmer commitment.

Retention and your choices

Information that is not needed for unresolved requests or orders, security, accounting, or legal obligations will be deleted or anonymized after review. You may decline availability notifications when submitting a request.
